On March 17, 2017, Willett Distillery celebrated it’s 80 Year Anniversary. Exactly 80 Years ago to the day, on March 17, 1937 – St. Patrick’s Day – Thompson Willett and his family put their first barrels (30 barrels, to be exact) of Whiskey into one of the Willett’s rickhouses for aging.
