Pure Kentucky Julep
Ingredients:

1 and one half jiggers Pure Kentucky XO
Small Batch Bourbon
4 or 5 mint leaves
1 heaping teaspoon powdered sugar
crushed ice
Preparation:
--------------------
Place the powdered sugar and mint
leaves in
a julep glass or goblet. Muddle them together until the sugar turns green. Fill the glass to
the top with shaved ice and add the Pure Kentucky Bourbon. Stir
until the ice drops an
inch. Then fill back to the top with ice. Dust
with powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves.
This drink should be made 1/2 hour before serving. Place in the freezer so the glass will
be frosted.

Kentucky Vintage
Bourbon Sunshine
Ingredients:
--------------------
1 cup of Kentucky Vintage
1 and three quarters cups of orange juice
1 and one half tablespoons lemon juice
ice
blender
Preparation:
--------------------
Fill a blender 3/4 of the way full
of ice. Add Kentucky Vintage
Bourbon, orange juice, lemon
juice, and blend until smooth.
Garnish with an orange slice
and cherry.

Vintage Rye Manhattan Cocktail
Ingredients:
--------------------
Vintage Rye
sweet Vermouth
bitters
cherry
Preparation:
--------------------
Take 1 part Vintage Rye and
1 part
sweet Vermouth; stir. Add a dash of
bitters and ice. Shake and strain into
cocktail glasses. Garnish with a cherry.

Fill a small tumbler with ice and add 2 ounces
of Noah’s Mill Small Batch Bourbon. |

Vintage Rye Old Fashioned
Ingredients:

bitters
ice
maraschino cherries
orange
water
Vintage Rye
Preparation:
--------------------
Place sugar cube in an
old fashioned glass and add a half an ounce of branch water and
three drops of bitters...muddle for one minute. Fill glass
with ice and pour Vintage Rye over ice. Garnish with a maraschino
cherry and an orange wedge.
